For a while now I have had terrible sleeping habits, especially falling asleep in front of the tv, which happens more often than not. When I moved from my old apartment to a furnished room I had to trade in my bed for a terrible sofa bed, which only made matters worse. For a while now I have been thinking about how I can improve my sleep.
After reading this post on the benefits of sleeping in a hammock I'm seriously considering the option. I love the thought of slowly being rocked to sleep. A hammock is also great for small spaces. Not having a bed (or maybe even a bedroom) certainly opens up for a lot of possibilities when it comes to tiny apartments.
