Yesterday I attended a lecture by a Danish entrepreneur on innovation and happiness in your work life. One of his simplest advice was this: Work with whatever makes you happy.
If you don't know what that is, keep a journal. Everytime something makes you happy (at work or elsewhere), write it down at the end of the day. Whenever something makes you frustrated or sad, write it down. After a while a pattern will emerge, and you will see what you truly love to do and use that as a guideline for your future career.
